Bles Dairies Consultancy is engaged in the implementation of a Dairy Development project for the leading milk processing plant in Nigeria.
The goal of the project is to train a selected number of Nigerian master-farmers and project & extension staff. A group of nine persons have visited Western Uganda for an eight day training program during which classroom training was combined with many field visits and meetings with Ugandan dairy farmers who are engaged in the Pearl Dairy Development program.
As Uganda is on the brink of development, the visit was a good example for the Nigerian team to see what would be the next step in the development of their private farms.
