Bles Dairies’ consultancy discipline The Friesian has performed a comprehensive study of the situation of small scale dairy producers and manufacturers in Saudi Arabia. The project consisted of a market study, a technical and financial analysis and recommendations were given to improve the results and for rehabilitation of the farms and processing units. The farms and manufacturers were assessed in the field of general farm management, animal health, animal nutrition, reproduction, manufacturing, marketing and distribution and financial and economical aspects.
