For the 2nd time our trainers Ruud Engelman and Anne Terpstra travelled together to Pakistan. This time they visited 3 companies in 2 weeks time for the IFC project with VetEffecT. Reference their first visit in July 2017, many things have already changed in a positive way. For example, the daily milk production has increased to an average of 30 litres per cow. Also the average growth of calves is now over the 700 grams per day. Those are good results. Through the practical trainings, Ruud and Anne provide the necessary guidelines entailing more self-confidence resulting in improvement and better results. Learning by doing pays off.
