The Friesian (our consultancy discipline) is going to play an important role in improving the efficiency in milk production, as well as in increasing food quality and safety of dairy sector products in Mongolia. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) selected The Friesian as the consultant to realize this ultimate goal.
Development of practical on-farm trainings and manuals for commercial dairy farmers on topics as nutrition, reproduction, milking, rearing, hygiene and animal welfare will contribute to the improvement in milk production and food safety and quality.
