For an agricultural investment holding firm with large processing capacity Bles Dairies projects designed a cropping plan and a stocking strategy for their green filed farm in Kazakhstan. This investment firm sought to backward integrate to supply their processing plant. Our team developed a cropping plan complete with the required crop growing technology and infrastructure. In addition our team developed a stocking plan and through Bles Dairies Livestock we supplied high quality in calf heifers to the farm. We are also currently managing this farm on behalf of the client. The incalf heifers supplied to this farm were exported from Canada and delivered by airfreight to Kazakhstan. The farm’s cropping plan developed continues to yield sufficient high quality feed for the cows which continue to produce good quality milk consistently.
