Our client is a large scale dairy farmer in Kenya. The farmer’s goal is to run and manage his dairy farm as commercial entity. For this farm, currently transitioning from mixed farming to purely dairy farming, Bles Dairies Consulting is providing farm management support and other complimentary services including farm design, training, management of their cropping plan, development of SOPs amongst other services related to managing the dairy farm.
