A large scale processor active across Europe requested Bles Dairies Consulting to develop an extension program for its suppliers in Greece. For these group of farmers Bles Dairies consulting developed growth plans and business plans to help them get financing for the growth plans. The objective being to increase the volume of milk produced and improve on the consistency of the quality of milk produced. This 3 year program had a twofold impact. First and foremost farmers income improved as a result of increased production volumes and improvements in the quality of milk delivered. Secondly the processors milk intake rose commensurate to the increased production.
