Last week our expert Martin represented Bles Dairies and Dairy Training Centre (DTC) at the Holland Pavilion of the Agritech Expo in Chisamba, Zambia. This leading Zambian agricultural expo was an outdoor event with among others several booths, shared pavilions and demonstration fields with diverse crops. In the Holland Pavilion tent 18 Dutch companies presented their products and knowledge. Also Czech, French, UK and German pavilions were organized.
The first day the visitors comprised especially large scale farmers and cooperations. The event also attracted small scale farmers.
Martin tells: “altogether over than 30.000 people visited the Agritech Expo. Among the visitors was the Zambian president, who also visited the well-attended Holland Pavilion. A great event and several new contacts have been established!”
